The Diploma in Business Management provides opportunities for students to develop and demonstrate business working knowledge, creativity, and innovation in business. It is designed to prepare students to be job-ready or/and further study.

The programme is developed to support the growing demand for knowledgeable and skilled graduates in the field of business and management. It aims to provide students with fundamental business knowledge, practical skills, and professional values required in today’s dynamic business environment.

The programme also supports holistic education by nurturing creativity, innovation, ethical values, and sound professional conduct among students.

The programme combines theoretical learning and practical exposure in various areas of business and management. Students are equipped with fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for career development and further academic progression.

The curriculum is designed to enhance students’ understanding in business-related disciplines while developing communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

The programme aims to:

  • Develop students’ fundamental knowledge and understanding in business management.
  • Enhance creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Produce graduates who are competent, ethical, and industry-ready.
  • Prepare students for employment opportunities and further studies.
  • Promote holistic education and lifelong learning values.
  • A pass in SPM with at least Credit in any 3 subjects or any equivalent qualification;

    OR

  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C
    (GP 2.0) in any subject or any equivalent qualification;

    OR

  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul;

    OR

  • A pass in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a related field and a pass in SPM with a minimum of 1 Credit in any subject;

    OR

  • Other qualifications equivalent to a Certificate (Level 3 Kerangka Kelayakan Malaysia, KKM).
